Withdraw from contract
Withdraw from your vidioo subscription contract here, without an account and without a license key.
As a consumer you can withdraw within 14 days of purchase without giving reasons. Your withdrawal is effective on receipt; we end the subscription and refund the full amount. After sending, you immediately get a confirmation of receipt by email. If you enter your license key, we process the withdrawal right away; otherwise you trigger the processing with a link in the email (or Michael does within two working days). If you only want to stop at the end of the paid period, use Cancel contracts here.
