Cancel contracts here
Cancel your vidioo subscription here, without an account and without a license key.
Your cancellation is effective on receipt. After sending, you immediately get a confirmation of receipt by email, including the date your contract ends. We process an extraordinary cancellation without license key as soon as you confirm the link in the email (or Michael does within two working days); it is still effective from receipt. To withdraw within 14 days of purchase, use Withdraw from contract.
You can also cancel informally by email to business@michael-schuier.de.
